Not sure if anyone answered but he had energy failure. Essentially, when that happens, your sim will just fall onto the ground and sleep no matter where they are. So, he essentially got so tired, he passed out in his own pee, not that he chose it, specifically.

That is the worst way to die and just plain sick even for a deviant Simmer like myself. No wonder people hate babies and toddlers after cooking them alive and eating them.

So I wasn't even trying to kill my Sims this time. Sorry no pictures. I was planning a double wedding for a couple of the Curious brothers in the Sims 2. So one of the brothers decided to make a meal for the family after the wedding was over. As the couple was about to leave in the limo, the house sets on fire, then somehow the fire hit the limo all the way out on the street and caught on fire. Basically the whole lot and guests died except for the alien baby protected in her crib. I wanted to cry and I couldn't hit save.

ever had a meteor wipe out 10+ sims in a rabbit hole building? that was one heck of a massacre!
I even saved after that for immersion purposes. :D

If one of them must go, I use a cheat. They just fall to the ground and it's much more humane.

I like rounding up annoying sims and putting them in torture chambers. Now that the basement update is here, that's a possibility in TS4.

l had a very mean and evil sim that I never played much after I created him....Then a few nights ago, I played him and he was now old and senile....I planned to kill him off with a cowplant...I didn't have the heart to go thru with it....

...Then I had him fall in love with one of my self sims and they eloped to Sylvan Grove, where he and his new husband and the husband's twin brother, and they all caught 4 more cowplants, which they planted when they got home....

...But before the cowplants could mature, my evil sim and his new hubby went to bed and had 2 consecutive woo hoos and.....

Well, that did him in!

Now I have 4 immature cow plants and there's nobody I wanna kill off! >:)

@Xoxk9 that's true but it's takes age's too the kill sims off that way the most easiest way too kill off sims is drowning.

Ah yes, they really could scream in TS1... They toned it down for some reason.

They toned it down because Sims was originally marketed to a more mature audience rather than children and preteens. This is not a dig at the players, it's a dig at EA. The game was simply more sophisticated in the beginning as far as gameplay went. Now they're afraid of offending everyone so the violence (and fun) have been made much more cartoonish. (I'm not talking graphics here - I'm talking gameplay.)

There's something very sad about some of the death animations, in my opinion. They're just very pitiful, lol. I think I've felt the worst about starvation and fire deaths... Probably starvation because it takes so long.

I'm not really one to kill sims. I convinced myself the other night that that was how I wanted to get Jade Rosa out of the way as Partihaus' leader because she was rude to my sim and that annoyed me, and I wanted my sim to take her place. Plus, asking a sim to step down is literally too easy and not satisfying to me at all.

So I contemplated all of the ways to go about removing her, and I just felt too guilty about most of them, lol. Settled on drowning, did it, then felt bad about it and left the file without saving. :P The idea was good in theory, but felt too inhumane when I saw how upset everyone became as a result.
