Okay I feel like I need to clarify this as someone who has opened CAS both ways. It only pops up when you are creating a new save. When you load CAS to make a new family in a current save it pops up normally and you have to click to get to the story mode. Although yes it shouldn’t be the default for new saves either it isn’t default for CAS in general. Just in case this wasn’t known by some on here.
As far as the tweaks mentioned, I think they would be great biographies are long overdue.
