The One Tweak Thread

The rules:
In your comment, make one (and only one) suggestion of either a tweak, minor change or improvement about a particular element of the game.
If you agree with other's suggestions - like it. If another suggestion is an absolute must - love it.
You can make multiple suggestions but only one per comment. That way, the likes and loves are clear for each idea šŸ‘šŸ¼
Hopefully, given enough support behind it, the topic might be passed to the relevant developers to make our hopes a reality.

Please keep suggestions to relevant gameplay elements, not bugs or glitches. There is a whole website dedicated to reporting those!

Edit: Make sure to look through the list so as not to duplicate - vote instead.

    General lots/venues should be available for any type of party except dinner parties.

    open water everywhere
    (okay thats kinda big tweak but i really need)

    toggle to disable townie generation
    (game would only use existing sims to fill in the roles like customers bartenders whatever)

    and/or assigning npc service roles to certain sims so game stops grabbing whoever

    (like if you hire maid its always same sim you chose, if you hire bartender then you have sim for that etc)

    toggles to disable situational outfits so sims would actually wear their cas outfits.

    Being able to cook a meal for 1,4 and 8 sims for all meals same with grand meals. Not all my households have a huge amount of sims so for the meals like crown roast, roast ham etc it would be nice to have the option to cook 1 or 4 plates. Especially for my loner sims who cannot cook a grand meal on certain holidays as a plate of 12 is just a waste for them. Same goes for the 1 plate dishes like haddock sandwich being able to have the option to make a plate for 8 sims rather than just the 1 plate.

    I would like facial piercings to copy across all outfits rather than having to reselect them each time.

    It would be nice if the fill empty houses feature worked. Iā€™m on the 3rd generation of a legacy challenge and all my worlds are ghost towns.
