The Outfit Generator Is Too Biased For Accessories

Seriously, has anyone else noticed that, for some reason, the outfit generator insists on decking out Sims in as many accessories as possible, not matter how tacky? Even pre-existing townies that don'...

As annoying as it is when it happens with randomly generated outfits, at least I can change them. What I can't change is my sims wearing ridiculous hats and other accessories while in naked form, like in the shower, and that is downright frustrating!
