The Plumbob Celebration Sale

Question

Hi! This might be a stupid question but when was the Plumbob celebration sale supposed to end? I understood that it was on the 15th of May but last night, when I tried to purchase the packs I had put into my basket earlier, they weren't discounted anymore... I know there's probably going to be more sales in the future and it's not that big a deal but I'm just confused right now as I thought I still had time to purchase them last night before the sale would have ended.

Ah, but then the question is midnight in which timezone: where the main offices for Maxis is located, or for GMT's midnight? It can be confusing, yes. I'm looking forward to simgirl1010's answer as well, if she's able to find the info.
