That is my hobby these days. Well, more specifically, I create additional family members for the premade households, even the singles. Right now, I'm adding kids and teens based on the premades' own genetics in CAS, but I'm thinking parents, siblings, pets and soforth as well. So, instead of adding new blood to my Simverse, I'm expanding all the known families. Have you guys considered/are you doing the same, I wonder? It certainly appeals to one's creative and family-oriented side :)

I normally just have the premades marry each other and have kids for my sims kids to make friends with and have relations with.

I always do this with the Landgrabs , I delete their son and give them a teen daughter and then they have a child in game.
But that sounds like fun for the others to.
I would love to see some pics of families you have done this with??

I have only played with Joaquin Le Chien. He's an elder now in my game with a daughter and a son from two different women. His first wife was Yuki Behr but she died tragically. I made him a successful scientist.

Oh, I don't play these premade households, merely expand them to populate my Sim world along with some downloaded Sims from MaxisCreator_01 and SimCreator050 :) I would much rather that and then purge the poorly generated townies in the hopes they won't take up too much space...

I have done this, with a little twist. I made everyone roughly ten years older and added kids, broke up some couples, created new couples and added pets. I also relocated a lot of Sims and/or modified their homes.
I think the forum thread is still linked in my signature (I'm on mobile now so I can't actually see it). And on top of that the entire save is up for download, in two versions, with and without pets.
