If EA is serious about keeping this game running for years to come they need to stop with all the kit nonsense for the time being and focus on fixing their game. The only things kits are doing right now is just adding more bugs.
And I apologize if I sound curt. I'm still waiting for my coffee. :)

I do agree EA Help is a bit outdated and there needs to be a much more modern way to report bugs especially directly from the game itself would help a lot.
