What I loved about the past sims games was that even though you might go in the game with a plan to do certain things, you could find yourself going off in unexpected directions because surprising/interesting things would happen in the game.
With TS4, it's mostly, I will do this, and I do it, and... done. :|
I have to amend this.
I do believe EA wants to add things things to make the game more fun, but when they do, it sometimes turns out a mess.
NAPs being a prime example.
I was intrigued when I first heard about them, but they turned out to be my most hated feature.
Sentiments, nice, but kind of misses the mark. Stuff like this.
