The prospect of using Sulani as a vacation world

Vacations are too restrictive if you're out of vacation days. I like this, I can just send one of my Sims there whenever they are off work or something. I wish Sims could own two houses too, but I like the idea of making a retail store and buying it though (plus we can sell souvenirs, right?).
