So when vampires first hit the game I didn't care for them, and for the most part still don't. However I have found there can be room to have a bit more fun with them in seasons. One of my sims who is a Vampire just went out for a hunt in a blizzard, and left her poor victim butt up sleeping in a blizzard. At this point there should be an option, to cover them with a warm blanket or something. I think for the nicer vampires out there that would be fun. Making sure your poor hunted targets are protected from the wind, rain, snow ect. I just find it both funny and sad to see a poor sim out there with there butt in the air truing into an ice cube lol.

This would be a cute addition, especially for good vampires. Evil/mean vamps could just leave the victim there to freeze, but a good vamp would do the noble thing.

What self-respecting kindred would waste time draping a blanket over their prey? Does the hunter comfort the buck after he's stuck him full of arrows? Moreover, how ridiculous would it look for me to stalk the neighborhood with a blanket? It's like Linus as a vampire. Unconscionable.

I can't really say since my vampires are daywalkers. To avoid "prey" freezing to death, simply feed indoor :)

If a vampire is hunting and feeding without permission I doubt they care if their prey gets cold lol

They are able to go out in the sun during intense weather such as cloudy, thunder storms and blizzards. They are even getting a future patch for umbrellas to protect from the sun.

I think one exciting thing about vampires is their dominion over a humans life. While the sims lacks any violent crimes in general including murder, I think ones victim should die if fed on too many times within a period of time or if left in a post feeding stupor butt up in a blizzard as the op mentioned... unless the vampire chooses to be kind and shelter their prey, take them back home or whatever.

Also, since the game is bugged anyway and a lot of vampires just walk around in daytime anyway... an umbrella at least give them an excuse.
