can't play households

Hi!

I'm having an issue with loading back into my saved games. I haven't played Sims 4 in a couple of years, and when I logged back in, I can't resume my households. It just says "New Game." If I go into the Gallery and Library, I can see my households, but I can't play them!

I even made a new game, saved it, and exited, but when I logged back in, I still can't resume.

I might be doing something wrong, so I would really appreciate any help.
