It's not proof of anything. After information is leaked, you guys retrospectively go and look for anything that might even be remotely related to the leak and say "omg, this was a hint!"
I'm not really bothered by it, mind you. I think it's actually one of the more entertaining quirks of this community.

What you said is completely condescending and frankly the sims team is known to drops hints. Even if they DENY that they actually give hints, they've done it for prior sims games too. It's just a fun way for them to tease players. So yes, "omg, this was a hint" all the way. Stop raining on people's parades as if you yourself for sure know that EA never gives hints plum sorry didn't realize you were a SimGuru
So far the leaks have been right about what pack they leaked eg cats and dogs,get famous and seasons.
