I do think they’ll start working on the Sims 5 soon though. But they’ll probably keep it hush hush and won’t publicly advertise in the way they do now.
We didn’t know anything about The Sims 4’s hiring process because they used code words and didn’t mention the Sims at all.
It doesn’t. Just because they’d be working on a Sims 5 doesn’t mean they stop working on Sims 4. Why would that be any different than in the past. Why oh why is this such an issue for you. Just enjoy Sims 4 and look forward to new stuff they keep releasing for it. And let people who believe chances are a successor is in the making after all embrace that idea. Both hypothesises are NOT in each other’s way.
(I don’t know what it’s like in America by the way, but in my country - though it is possible to recruit internal - job offers are publicly. Especially when you want new and fresh faces in your team)
