Finished my last two residential builds and added two more families.
In Jellyfish Junction, this is the Fletcher's Cottage lot. The Monahan Family purchased their new home here. Jabri, his wife Camilla and their daughter McKenzie are looking forward to finding out all the area has to offer.

Having a back small porch is something I like to make sure all of my builds have.

This house is small but it fits their needs.
Upstairs you'll find their bedrooms that all have adjoining bathrooms.
The Hendrick's family lives in Crystal Valley on the Miner's Manse lot. Jace, his wife Leya and their son Neil live here.
Kept the same exterior colors for this two-story build.
Happy that I was able to fit a three quarter bathroom on the first floor.
Neil's really likes his new bedroom and adjoining bathroom.
Now I need to figure out what I want to do with the final lot, Prospector’s Paradise, which is 40 x 30.
The Monahan and Hendrick families are lovely ❤️ McKenzie and Neil are sweet children. Both of the homes are lovely! The exterior design of each one is very nice and great interior layout. The furnishing of them is lovely. It is a nice family photo of McKenzie and her Dad watching tv together 💗Her bedroom is pretty with the floral wall pattern and pink room colour.
