I should add as an overall comment to the above comments, the blue lens is well documented within the Sims 4 modding community as code based in the Sims 4. Regardless of your settings, video card or computer - or if you notice it at all - it IS a part of the Sims 4 lighting effects.
BUT your comments have also add to my topic in general - do you notice it? do you like it? do you not?
Clearly not everybody does and depending on your color calibration you might not notice it at all. Heck even your eyesight person to person might see it differently.
If you really want to get into the science of it, we all see the world from a different visual perspective - meaning that how I perceive something (the color shape, ect) might be slightly different then how you do. Its actually really fascinating.
Some of you might recall the whole "is this dress blue or white? or gold?"
