I was looking for a business space outside of Nordhaven as they had outgrown their current place. I noticed that the karaoke bar in San Myshuno had a nice large space above it so I moved my family there and started converting it to their business and home. Its a work in progress yet. They ran out of simoleans 🤑
ETA: I did fix the crooked window in the first picture 🤣
Great idea, but wait…that karaoke spot has an upstairs? Is it normally inaccessible, cause I don’t remember it 😅
Yes I had to add stairs to make it accessible. It is just a big empty space otherwise.
I like the layout you did. Funny, I sent my sims there many times and I never bothered looking upstairs

The business and family home build looks great! 🙂Very nice layout. The outdoors sitting and gardening patio is very nice.
Great job! I always intended to build a hotel upstairs on that lot, but without the right pck I never got to it.
Also the café in Oldtown of Windenburg seems good for a family residing on top floor. With some adjustments.
