My Community Center practically runs itself. With video games, basketball, food, computers and art corner, plus showers and bunk bed room, so customers don't leave when they get tired. In winter there's an ice skating rink and in the summer I switch it out for a pool. I had to put in 2 kiosks at the door because customers "line up" outside, sometimes up to 12 people. They were freezing in winter, since most show up in shorts and t-shirts. When it's really cold out the center doesn't open, since Sims freeze in the back yard playing basketball. Also, I saw another simmer post that they used the portable bathrooms, so I put one in the back yard. My Sim doesn't have to clean or repair it, love it! My family went from $700,000 to $950,000. In generation #2, my Sim won $1,000,000 in the lottery. Now in generation #12 they're almost there again.
It was a great idea to set up a community center with different activities based on the season. 💖The center looks fun. Does it make much money? I notice that your Sims are already rich, so it seems like they don't need to worry much about daily expenses or bills.

Thank you HaneulFier
Today I switched the bunkbed room, put it in the basement, and added game tables. I'm trying different things all the time. I noticed that choosing "Play Physical Games" covers dartboard, foosball, basketball, water balloons, ping pong table, soccer ball, football, hopscotch, horse shoe pit & bowling lanes. I was choosing them individually, was glad to discover that. The family is making a good amount of money. They started at $700,000 & are at $1,001,000. The business was opened when they got married and today they had baby 7 & 8.

Oh wow. They made $300k with the business or do they have other jobs? Are they adults or still YA (assuming you play with normal aging)? My Sims' bills are almost $70k, so I'm always curious about non-cheaty or super repetitive ways to make a lot of income.
Anyway, I love how we get to see more and more of it through each of your posts.

The couple are adult and elder, dad just aged up. I play on normal aging. They have 4 teens and 2 toddlers (8 children in total, 2 moved out and got married). They dedicated their time to running the center, so he quit his job a while ago. They live upstairs in a large apartment and they have the basement. The bills are about $7,500-$8,200 each time.
The room on the right, in the basement, is part of the community center.
