Remodeled the tattoo business and changed it into a bubble tea and karaoke home business. Jase and his wife, Nia, run the business while raising their daughter, Alyssa.
Nia cares for the counter while Jase fixes anything that breaks and cleans up.
Sims really enjoy flexing their vocal muscles while using the Karaoke machines.
The residence is upstairs. This is the second floor which consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen and laptop area.
Jase's and Nia's bedroom and master bathroom are on the third floor.
Alyssa bedroom and bathroom are on the fourth floor. The family enjoys viewing the stars on the rooftop patio.

Very lovely furnishing of the bubble tea counter platform and the karaoke singing areas. The black and white colours and patterned flooring are very nice. The living areas are lovely and great layout of each level. The purple and white colours of Alyssa’s bedroom is pretty. The rooftop patio would be great to look up at the stars.
