Thank you. 😊I found it on the Gallery by typing in 'Comfortably Canalside' (which is the name of the lot in the new world I placed it on) but I've just searched for it now and I can't find it! I'll let you know if I find the creator.

It is great that Abigail has opened her Candy Lane Sweet Treats store 🙂The opening day launch with her jumping out of the cake is great! The pink colour scheme of the store is very nice, and cute freezer bunny outdoors.  It is good that her business is going well and that she has many customers coming to buy items as well as attend classes. The pink vase that she made and glazed at the pottery class looks pretty in her apartment. I hope that her and Xavier’s relationship goes well.

Today is a very special day for Abigail Hamby...

...The opening of her new store Candy Lane Sweet Treats! 🤩

Customers came from far and wide to check out the new confectionery.

It soon became clear to Abigail that she was not going to be able to handle the running of the store and replenishing of stock on her own, so she advertised for an employee.  'Just don't burn the sugar, and you'll be fine!'

While Xavier Drew may not be the most apt behind a stove (or candy maker) he does look sweet in pink. 😉

Abigail decided to venture out and explore the town that weekend - while she loves her job, it's nice to have some time to not think about work!

She decided to try her hand at pottery by signing up to an evening class.

She decided to glaze her masterpiece in, you guessed it, pink - it fits into the décor of her apartment rather nicely! 💗

As Abigail's renown as a master confectioner grew, she started receiving invitations to host her own cooking classes.

Even Grandma Hattie herself decided to listen in for some tips. 😀

And of course Xavier was there to support Abigail. 'Well done, Professor Hamby.'😊

Xavier requested a very special inking for a very special someone...

'So, what d'ya think?'

'Oh Xavier, seagulls - my favourite animals! But now I've found where I truly belong, I'll never have to fly away again.' 💖

And, just as Abigail's business grew, so did her relationship with Zavier. 😍

I have a feeling this is just the start of their story... 😘

Thank you Rosemow, I'm having fun with this pack. In the summer Madison will activate the splash pads and add a slip & slide. 😄 I wonder if all the children will show up in costumes on Halloween? 😉 

The Community Centre business is great! 🙂Very nice design and layout. It is great that the sims are enjoying getting food and drinks from the coffee bar. The kids activity tables, art and play area is great! Very nice sitting area to enjoy watching tv and playing video games. It is great that the sims are enjoying playing basketball there also.

The torch has been passed from mother to daughter, and just in time for Businesses & Hobbies. Madison Larimore, generation #12, is running a profitable community center. She resides upstairs with her two older brothers and her twin sister.

Mom recently passed away, I didn't know you could console someone through a door. Monica found her sister crying in the bathroom.

The In-grained Specialty Coffee Bar has been a hit, I was glad to see that children could buy juice, cupcakes and cookies.   

They have video games, computers and arts & crafts to keep them occupied.

But, by far, the most popular pastime is basketball!

Disregard the lunch counter, I changed it out for the coffee bar. The family residence is upstairs and the basement.
