The Bookstore and Cafe is great! 🙂The furnishing is lovely! Very nice design of the cafe area. The patterned rug is very nice and great red and brown colours. The red plant flower is a nice touch in the corner. Very lovely reading area for sims to enjoy buying the books that Felicity has written and reading them there. The kitchen, dining and living room areas are lovely. Very nice warm wood textured furniture and great window computer desk area. 

I pulled the karaoke bar from San Myshuno and put in on a lot in Nordhaven, got rid of all the furniture, and set it up as a bookstore and cafe for my Sim, Felicity and her toddler daughter Sylvia. Here is the cafe.

Your version of the Rouge Note Lounge is lovely 🙂The arch front door and guitar neon sign on the front entrance wall is great. Very lovely  bar counter, piano and dining area. The candles are very nice on the tables. It is great that Liam, Joselyn and their friends enjoyed spending time at the lounge.

Your rebuild of Terra Potta is lovely! 🙂Very stylish exterior design and great black and white colours. The interior furnishing and layout are lovely. Very nice warm brown colour. The design of the classes, pottery wheels and kilns area is great! The plants are nice nature touches throughout the build. The upper level living areas are lovely.

Out of this Grove is a great place for teens to enjoy visiting 🙂The Star Wars theme of the business and home living areas is great! The spaceship is a great  themed touch in the front area. The Richardsons are a lovely family. The design and layout of the teen hangout area is great. Very nice dj booth, dancing and cafe counter area. The furnishing of their living areas is lovely. The kitchen and dining room design is great, and very nice tv watching room. I hope that your work on the arts and crafts studio goes well.

When I build, it is for the purpose to enhance my time playing the game.  Decided that I needed a teen specific place for them to dance while hanging out with friends.    So, I remodeled on of my existing builds to become Out of this World Grove in Oasis Springs. 

This was Galaxy Bowling which I converted to a small business on a residence lot.  It is in my themed Star Wars neighborhood. 

Aiden Richardson's mom owns this business.  Aiden is another one of Aaron's friends.  Whenever I'm playing as a teen, I typically play with Aaron's family or his girlfriend, Bella's family.  

Meet the Richardson's family.  Aiden Richardson attends a private school.  His mom, Leila, owns Out of this World Grove.  The whole family have always been fans of Star Wars.  Her husband, Jeffrey, is an astronaut.  Although their daughter, Gemma, lives in San Myshuno, she works as a DJ at the business.

Their two-story home is on the other side of the small business.  It also has a Star Wars theme. 

The bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms are upstairs. 

The next thing I'm working on is an arts and crafts studio for parents who have children.  Aaron's little sister, Lexie, needs another place where she is the target customer.  

When Isabel turned her elegant jewelry shop into a small business she had no idea that her clientele would be stinky customers who couldn't find their way to the bathroom.

They are lovely photo of the children enjoying visiting Little Foodies 🙂The string lights on the awnings are pretty in the evening light. It is great that the children can enjoy learning to make the sweet treats there and eat them .
