The Sims 4: Businesses & Hobbies - Official Screenshot Thread!

Built a Swimming Pool Small Business on the New Harbor Park (50 x 40) lot.  Sims come for swimming, fun, food and bubble tea drinks.   This is Pierre's and his girlfriend, Kit's, home and small business--Splash & Fun.

They have a small cozy two-story home.  On the first floor is their tiny foyer, small hallway behind the stairs, kitchen/dinning area and living room. 

 On the second floor is their bedroom, master bathroom and a small hallway.  Kit's favorite color is pink. 

Meet Pierre and his girlfriend, kit.  They have so much in common--both their traits are loyal, idealist and generous. 

Sims can enter Swim & Fun from both sides of the home. 

Bubble Tea counter and eating area. 

Pierre relaxing on one of the lounge chairs in the middle of the pool while Kit is ready to take a dip.

Each restroom has three showers and the there are sandboxes in front of each restroom.

A generous size pool with lounge chairs in the middle and on the side of the pool. 

Kit tends the bubble tea counter while Pierre keeps everything in working order. 

One more lot to build on and I'll be finish with my set-up. 

Pierre and Kit are a lovely couple and their Splash and Fun home business is great! 🙂 Very lovely furnishing of their home living areas. The room colors are very nice. The roof covered pergola sitting areas are very nice and the pool is great. Very lovely bubble tea counter and dining area. The blue and white colours are very nice. The island patio with lounge chairs in the middle is great for sims to enjoy sitting and relaxing. The layout of the build is very nice.

I have a tattoo artist in Nordhaven, and he's been pretty busy

Nothing much yet but I finally got back into my main save 🥳
unfortunately for Koffieboons though that means I need to do some population control 😅

been playing them some while trying to come up with reasonable reason to invite grim over
feels sad but I really couldn't find sims to reduce in other households
+ I need Hattie and kids are always useful so 😅 
think the parents are on grims list unfortunately

Your lot is so nice! I love the pool & eating area. The sand boxes are a nice touch.

My heir, Heidi, and her sisters have been running the family business. I want the two older sisters to move out and have their own lives. I was waiting for Heidi to become a YA and get married. In school she met Kenji and they became good friends, she had a crush on him, but he turned her down when she asked him out 3 times.

Then she met Warren and they hit it off. During their first date he wanted to move in together, 😅so now he lives at her house. He has his own room and will work in the family business. We'll see how it goes. 

I hope that Heidi and Warren’s relationship develops well and that they go well running the family business. It wasn’t good that Kenji turned her down when she asked him three times to go out, but perhaps Warren and herself will be better as a couple 🙂
