"The sims 4 can't have cars. Cars are useless without the open world"

I always found it interesting how the community area of Oasis Springs actually has parking spaces around. It might have been something they considered but cancelled (just for the record, cars were cut from the Sims 2 base game) because of some issues? I don't know.
