What you liked
Smooth gameplay. I love the woodworking table. The town looks great. I absolutely love the little dolls you can find (I've forgotten what they're called already).
What you didn't like
The controls are not quite as intuitive/user friendly as they were in Sims 3.
The game doesn't have any interesting venues, which means it seems like it'll get boring quickly. The museum, gym and library are dull as dishwater. I also really miss the grocery store the graveyard and bookstore.
Suggestions?
I think the game needs:
A repairman and gardener
Graveyard
Junkyard
A Restaurant they can sit down in
Toddlers
Pools
Basements
More interesting careers
Vampires and witches
Overall thoughts?
I really like it, and I'm enjoying it a lot. But it REALLY REALLY needs more interesting venues. Seriously badly. The town feels very empty and bare, even though it's pretty and there are lots of people. But it'll be an awesome game after a couple of expansions. And please never, ever put another gym in any more worlds ever again. It's a boring waste of space, and we already have one.
