Well after a day of playing the Sims 4, this is my overall impression so far:
1) What I liked-
- What I liked most is the details put into the game with the emotion.
- Being able to create more detailed sims in CAS.
- The detail in the interactions is so much more.
- The graphics of the game look go much better then sims 3.
- The Build mode was really cool and a preference to the previous sims games.
2) What I didn't like -
- The lack other colors of hair and clothes in the create a sim mode
- Not being able to create your own version of the item was also a little disappointed.
- Not having a car and the loading screen to go to the house next door was also a little disappointing.
- Also not being able to recreate the world seems a little limiting going from being able to have around 100 houses in a world down to 25 houses is a big difference,
3) Suggestions?
I would suggest for EA to add an expansion very soon after to have a good amount of content to keep their fans interested in the game. This will maybe bridge some of the gaps missing in the game.
4) Overall thoughts?
My overall thoughts is I am loving the game but I was very disappointed with the lack of content to the game. I will probably keep playing to complete as much content as I can before the next expansion is out but I really hope EA take some notes on what their fans are saying to them as a lot of these lists seem to be repeated.
