Here are my Pros and Cons for the Sims 4, Remember this is just my opinion :)
Starting with the Pros: They did a brilliant job with the personality, emotions and animations! They truly brought the Sims characters to life, very realistic, I LOVE IT!!! From the way they walk, talk, moods, interactions, to the way they eat there food, love it!!! Not having to use sliders in CAS is pretty cool but I wish the would bring the color wheel back along with the custom pattern tool. They also did a brilliant job with the build mode, being able to buy already furnished rooms is Awesome!!!
Now with the Cons: No hospitals, no schools, no pools, no toddlers, no cars, no bikes. Your not able to free roam around the world, instead you go through loading screens even when your just going across the street, not a fan of that at all. I miss driving, biking, walking through out the world as I discover things, it made things very realistic. There no hospitals, so your sim has their baby at home, and obviously you can't aspire to be a surgeoun, lol. They go from being a baby to a kid, I personaly not happy with that, I want my cute little toddler who I have to teach how to walk, talk and use the potty, lol. The worlds are very small, with very little lots, not much to explore, not much to do, it's practically empty if you ask me. The camera controls are completely broken, it drives me insane. Graphics are too cartoony for my liking, but can be fixed with CC.
Overall the game feels very striped to me, incomplete. I spent twice as much money on the Sims 4 game than I did on the Sims 3 base game and got much less for my money. Overall im pretty disappointed. Hopefully with some patching and Ep's I will have a much better gaming experience, Thanks!
