A teenage neighbor came over to my sim's house, did some homework and forgot to take her homework when she left. I sold it for a dollar. Not sure if it's a bug or a feature but I sure like it when they occasionally leave stuff at my house. Just wish there's a "Give" interaction so I can return them their stuff (if I'm in a good mood).
