From my 2 days experience playing so far...
Things I dislike; >:)
- No Create a Style option
- Loading screens between places (seems like such a step backwards from the open neighbourhood?! If this is essential to stop lagging though I may be willing to accept this eventually)
- No cars/option to see sims travelling, they just appear randomly
- Have to have my graphics on high otherwise everything looks blocky e.g the tree in my garden literally looked like a blob.
- Game crashed twice the second time I played it (this may not be to do with the game itself, but I needed to rant)
- Can only have a few traits
- No toddlers?! They are one of my favourite age groups so this was a real bummer...
- Teens look exactly like YA.
Things I like; o:)
-CAS...particularly - both party and formal wear option, easier to change hair, makeup ect with different outfits, option to wear hat and boots with any outfit, better clothes/hair/makeup etc to sims 3
- townies look more 'normal'
- MULTI-TASKING!!! = less robotic sims, they act more human
- So many more social options, makes me want to let my sims actually have a social life as relationships seem more real!
- emotions
- sims themselves are more interesting to watch with their new emotions and characteristics e.g my sim was in a flirtatious mood so her dancing style was very seductive as she chatted to a guy on the dance floor - hilarious to watch!
- Whims/aspirations have more meaning as they are connected to their mood/lifetime aspiration so seem less random like wishes in TS3
I'm going to go play some more now so I can add to this later :)
