I have a little suggestion about careers, when you go to work why not have the option to observe the sim working his job?
Such as the artist works at the museum for example, I noticed they go to their work place as does the mixologist goes to the bar to do his job. I do however noticed not all jobs have their own lots yet but maybe eventually. If it was possible to apply this, it would be very nice to watch stuff happen at their work place, it would a be a NON_rabbit hole-ish type feature, being able to watch them would be no different than watching a sim being at a park lot for example, same function but slightly different due to having a job. :D
