Basements weren't in the base game of the Sims 3, so why do they need to be in this one. Also just because features didn't make the Base Game, why does that mean it's not finished?
Ah, but in the Sims 3, base game, we did have terrain tools, and you could build a basement with those. No specific basement tool, but they were possible. Did tons of them. In this new one, you can't even edit the terrain. That's a HUGE problem, as far as I am concerned. No room for real creativity at all. As someone else stated, no individuality.
