I discovered what I'd call a bug today but am unsure if anyone else has found this out yet.
If you play Willow Creek and send your Sims to the library it is next to a BBQ/Park area.
Sims that BBQ in the park area cannot dispose of their trash because there is no bin in that area.
There is a bin just across the footpath and no one can use it to clean up mess from the park.
The other problem is that the park area appears to be a non buildable lot so I cannot add a bin to it so my Sims can clean up after themselves.
They pick up the trash when you tell them to throw it away but dump it on the ground since there is no bin in that area.
