The first thing I like to do is go into cas in a new save even if I have a clean save ready and look at the assets myself, while flipping through I ended up liking the tester sim so I finished him off and gave him a twin. This is Sammy and Nicole.

Also, I don't think it's a bug or maybe not something to report on the other site but I had some lag and crashing setting this build up before it was owned so I bought it first and that was all gravy. I have to check if anyone else posted that.

@RedDestiny92 you have to build with the normal residential lot type active; when you finish building THEN change the lot type to Residential Rental & assign the units.
