Unpopular opinion: I like these events.
Some reward items don't appeal to me that much but others do 😁. And why would I say no to free stuff?

Because FOMO shouldn't mean Garbage Collecting.
In long term , B/B and CAS could turn into pile of unused stuff, slowing the game and making more difficult to find the "good" stuff.
Like mess in a bedroom at some point the room turns into junkyard after 10, 20 or 30 years of collecting anything.
Event goal is to make a maximum of players "come back", so the rewards should be worthy to encourage them to play to this broken game.
If not The Sims 4 active players count will still be a shame compared to Minecraft and Fortnite.
Dystopian scenario : The Sims 4 after 100 events ?
NoahLGP, I'm sorry you won't be joining us. I do wish there was a toggle for these events.
