It's interesting to see how everyone plays differently. :) In 15 years I've never had the nerve to deliberately kill a sim. When it happens by accident I always exit while saving.
Usually I don't save, but yes sometimes the death just makes an interesting story. I know there was one Simmer sharing a picture of their Clue story. It was very good story to read.
