I should show you my version of Pat O'Brien's. It has two R&R rooms upstairs as well. You know, in case my Sims get the urge and want to have a private party. LOL
Nice I'm sure we would all like too see it, download it, use it :D. It's funny I normally extend some community lots to have a fridge and bed.. single or double depending on the aspiration of the characters lol.
