The Sims 4 is six years old now, is it time to move on?

Maybe I'm just easily pleased or maybe I just don't understand 'platforms', 'coding', 'gameplay', 'bugs', etc... I am enjoying myself with the current game. Yes, some things are frustrating, but I manage to have fun despite that. My 'wants' in a game don't align with a lot of peoples and I'm fine with that. I'm not looking for perfection, I'm looking for entertainment. I like Sims 4.
