Thing is, if they really wanted too, EA could have an in game mods thing with strict content guidelines and partially curated like Bethesda do with Skyrim SE and Fallout 4 to bring a selection of CC and mods to those on consoles (not creation club), with a more user friendly interface of course. But they seem more interested in profit, so they wont.
