Do you think we will be getting a Makin’ Magic/Supernatural expansion pack this year?

I don't think magic will be an EP anyway. It's much more likely each Occult will have it's own game pack. Bring on the Witches and Werewolves! >:)

"If not, please Simmish Devs - work on it and release it next month!" Now you're just expecting the devs to be magic. I wouldn't be shocked if some magic worked it's way in somehow but I'm far from confident that there will be a full magic add-on, if that makes any sense.

No.. I think we are getting the Supernaturals separately and smaller ones might be added in other packs or in other ways .. like the skelly in JA or the plantsim in an event patch.

Oops, voted for "yes" because I thought you asked if we'll get one at some point. Well, should've read closely :D No, I don't think we'll get one this year. I'm not even sure if we'll get a Supernatural pack besides the occult life stage packs. I think they're considering which life state to add next, but we won't see the next life state this year. So nothing supernatural this year is my guess.

Considering they only recently had an interest poll for which supernaturals we wanted the most, I seriously doubt they'll have time to release it in less than six months.

Here's the thing; game development takes time and effort. If they made a pack like this within just a month, it would be extremely buggy and likely not very well-made at all. They announce packs when they're ready to present it. Not when they had just started working on it. Behind every announcement, there has been plenty of time spent getting it ready to show off in a trailer.

That said, I'd love to see another supernatural pack in the future! Fantasy sims are my jam; the vampire sims this time around are amazing. It's just not realistic to expect a pack like this within this year. Especially not next month. Unless they've been secretly working on it the whole time, but we shouldn't get our hopes up for that.

Yes, there will be magic this year. Not sure if it will be like TS1 (more than withces) but it could be a witch pack which would have some magic.

ETA: But if they want to do something fun, and crazy then they should do a complete remake of Makin' Magic complete with Magic Town and all those weird and nutty characters.

Polls mean nothing, as long as they don't debunk it I'll assume it might come just like any other content. But I think Grant did debunk that werewolves are in the work? I thought they weren't allowed to talk about future content?

I agree that it PROBABLY won't be a whole Magic pack. More like separate GPs.
Also, you're crazy if you think they make these packs in a matter of days. They worked on Seasons for like 4 years. And they work on more than one pack at a time.
