Graham has always said for Sims 4 that stuff packs he makes has items and themes not planned for GPS and EPS. He saw the ep team was not making small pets and people were complaining about that as well as lack of aquariums - so he makes a small pet pack - and people are still complaining.

Personally I give Graham a thumbs up for hearing players wanting something and doing something about it.
