Actually my son and his wife dress up their dogs all the time. In fact their two dogs actually have a ball going to Pet Smart and getting new clothes. Dexter - their Great Dane loves hats of all things. He even tries to put them on himself. You'd be surprised some dogs do like this.
Cooper, their LaHapso likes shirts - especially after his haircuts (he has a little mohawk - lol - but he will go onto his clothes shelf and bring his mom a shirt to put on him the minute he gets home from the groomer. (Even in the summer - so it isn't him being cold - he just likes the clothes).
I was never the kind of person that dressed up my pets, but last summer when my hubby and I doggy sat Dexter and Cooper when my son and his wife went on vacation, almost daily Dexter and Cooper would bug me to dress them in some of their outfits. Of course I refused and kept putting back the things they brought out for me to put on them - but they tried every day to get me or my hubby to dress them up.
