But Sims 3 pets had cats, dogs, horses, small animals including rodents and lizards, and a lot more items. No one is saying that the Sims 3 store wasn't a ripoff, but it really didn't feel like a big chunk of the pack was taken out and put into a farm pack.
Oh, and the cow and chicken were a part of farm packs, not pet packs. I don't think they ever were advertised as having pet content.
