I'm actually okay with the small animals in a separate pack, because those who couldn't afford C&D or have systems that don't meet the specs would still have access to small animals. My main beef is the combining the small animals with content that the players who don't have C&D can't even use, so they're getting less bang for their bucks (especially the countries that got hit with the price increases).
