Thoughts and first impressions:
For Simmers that paid full price for C&D, this pack should be FREE. For Simmers that own C&D, but purchased it at a discounted price, the pack should be 50% off (4.99 us dollars). For Simmers that do not have C&D, they should only have to pay the 50% off the price as well because over 50% of the pack relies on the content from the C&D expansion.
In addition, they should offer a bundle with the C&D and this pack for a special 65% off discount through the month of March.
Simmers could PM the moderators with the information (whether they paid full price, sale, or don't own C&D and are interested in the bundle), the moderators could then send the simmer a code through origin for the correct discount.
