I don't think I can add anything new to this discussion, but saying my opinion anyway...
This is definitely not the direction I want this game to go. If this pack sells well, EA is just going to start pushing more and more half-baked content out on purpose, knowing that they'll earn more by selling the rest of the related content in another pack, if people won't seem to mind.
I wanted small pets (especially rabbits which are not included), and I really wanted to get the guinea pig disease finally back to my game - and now it's coming which I didn't think would ever happen. However, I already paid 39,99 euros (49,49 dollars) for Cats & Dogs... Most of this pack seems to be just extra clothing for them, and I'm not using the previous clothes either. I don't know anyone who puts clothes on cats, and only people who put clothes on some sensitive dogs when going for a walk with them when the weather is extremely cold. I wish this had been clearly a small pet pack with more pets, and more interactions with them - that would make much more sense.
I never use the pet clothes either as they're considered mistreatment of animals where I'm from. I sort of wish they hadn't included them in Cats & Dogs but rather added small pets and more BB objects (such as more pet beds). That way, it would make more sense to then offer DLC for DLC, namely only pet clothes, as anyone who might want them would have the EP anyway. (I do realize, though, that others enjoy the costumes and appreciate them being included in the EP.)
But that's beside the point. The point is, this is such a huge money-grabbing mess that I don't even know what to criticize first.
