I think it would be awesome if we could click on the current means of transportation available in the worlds and be able to travel somewhere the same way as the boat to the island in Brindleton Bay. I think it should cost some money too. I noticed that sometimes when I send my sims home from Magnolia Promenade they usually go through the boat pier. How lovely it would be if that boat also had another docking pier in Willow Creek and you could travel between the two hoods by means of the steam boat in exchange for say 20 simoleons? Same with the trains, we have them in Mt. Komorebi, in Willow Creek, in Evergreen Harbor. As for cars, I think they would be no different than rockets, we should be able to work on them, upgrade them, customize/restore them, etc. In TS3 if your lot had no link to road or no driveway, you could park the car in your inventory, so I think they could do the same in TS4. Also, we should have to pay for gas, insurance, etc.
