The Sims 4: Routable Oceans For Existing Worlds “Unlikely”

I am not getting my hopes up for a swimming-compatible ocean in a tropical pack, and I definitely don't think they would go back to existing worlds to add swimming to bodies of water. They would confine it to the expansion world if they do it and spend resources on other things for future packs.
