I'm back to doing gameplay; the disastrous base game update is why I didn't do anything yesterday.
The rest of Laura and Kakashi's day off from work was pretty much low key other than working on getting to rank 2 in their dynasty. (I think it's at the 60% range for both of them.) I've noticed that Laura stayed in the house all day, so I prompted her to do some sword-fighting practice and had Kakashi join her.
Meanwhile, Mollie showed up at the house. Let's just hope she helps her adoptive dad, Yusei, get out of his current unity crisis. (Mollie did some reading and used the observatory before she left, so I guess that's progress. Although, Yusei may consider getting some children's books for her.)
Kakashi has reached level 2 in the Swordsmanship skill! Laura decided to do another sword-fighting practice session, and now she's also at level 2. (Next time I'll get a Classic Longsword for both of them. 😄)
Unfortunately, Kakashi's wooden sword eventually landed on his foot. Ouch!
