We all know that the butler should have been included with the apartment feature which was in City Living.. TS4 is very sneaky. Shifting items and features out of their naturally fitting packs into different packs so that more will buy them. Probably wouldn't have bought this pack if the butler wasn't included. I'm all for plumming on Maxis/EA when they get extra blatant with their greed but...I don't think that's the case with this. In what way do butlers and apartment/urban living go hand in hand?
I did mention in another post - San Myshuno isn't all urban living. I thought a butler would have fitted nice for my rich families living in the swanky apartments in Uptown. Just a thought.
Others have mentioned it may have suited better with Get Together, which is the same point I was making - justa different EP. :)
