If I could, I would start a petition to have TS4 end and ask them to start working on TS5, open world people, that's what we need, larger neighborhoods, cars, no loading screens, playing TS4 is going backwards after playing TS3; what they should do is revamp TS3 get all the glitches out and everything will be perfect.
