The Sims 4 worlds are way too small !!!

From what I've read so far, you cannot edit the town, but you can edit individual lots (like bulldoze one of the houses and build another). If I am incorrect, feel free to correct me.

That's what I meant, bulldoze all of the lots and build new ones. The biggest lot would be a community lot (the only one in town) containing all of the community objects and types (gym, library, comedy club, art gallery, whatever else). The other lots would become residential. That way it would cut down on the number of loading screens and would provide more room to live in. Heck, I may just get this game to make that happen and share it in the gallery to help others that buy the game unwittingly and are not happy about it.
