Yup. Instant Gaming is NOT one of EA's authorized retailers. On their website they admit that they buy keys from resellers, not directly from EA.
Rest assured, our CD keys are official as they are purchased from authorized resellers: EA Origin, Steam, Battle.net, NCSoft or Ubisoft.

Instant Gaming has not business relationship with EA, and EA would not tell them anything.
