The supernaturals are either stupid, or too nonchalant.
I sizzled the statue of Vlad in the vampire realm, and Vlad never reacted. Nothing. Is vandalism okay somehow? One time, I sizzled a trash bin in ROM, and not even one Sim went to the area to see what happened. I can steal and resell tomes over and over from ROM, and nothing is said of it. Same with the familiars and fruits in the garden.
Mind you, these are not purchased tomes I speak of, these are from the archives.
I bite people as a vampire, and they don't panic and run. I freeze Temperance and she never argues about it. I get in a fight with Guildry, and he still comes every night despite strongly disliking me.
And yes, Strangerville's lab should be heavily guarded, and the player should not even be able to do over half the stuff it does. Getting into the lab by working in the military would pretty much be off limits, you would be better off working underc as a spy, having to dress as a worker and stunning Sims who get in your way.
We need this game to come alive, ASAP. The drama here is nonexistent. I want to cause chaos, and have the NPCs respond to it. Having too many influence points makes no one jealous? And all I need to stop vampires is a garlic reef or two? And what about reactions to a witch's magic in a realm that knows nothing of this strange phenomenon? The only thing that causes a reaction from anyone is by dressing a Sim in weird, mismatched clothes.
